The usual method with small boat yards is that the buyer finances the construction themselves, depositing progress payments directly into the boat yard. This structure involves a huge risk for the buyer, as small boat yards could experience economic problems, which could significantly delay the construction, or the buyer could end up with an unfinished hull, or, even worse, his entire investment could be lost.
Our “optional” financing structure offers you to reserve any production slot with as low as a 10% deposit, and we will finance the production of your vessel without any progress payments, only paying the balance when your boat is launched and sea trials are successful.
