The annual Cape Town International Boat Show, set against the backdrop of the beautiful Mother City, is South Africa’s premier boating and luxury lifestyle event. Now in its 18th year, the show which was recently acquired by Messe Frankfurt South Africa, the 3rd largest trade fair and exhibition organizers in the world, will take place from 19-21 October at the V&A Waterfront.

Great team work today during the sea trials in Cape Town with the guys from Phoenix Marine, Sparcraft and North Sails.
The new X5 looks stunning and sails well even in today’s light winds.

After extensive quality control and sea trials in Cape Town, FIDO was loaded onto a cargo ship heading to Tortola to meet her new owners.
Stay tuned, as 6000 miles and 20 days later we will be back with more photos!
