The plan consists of flying our service manager and a technician from our factory to your boat for 7 days. The two highly qualified professionals will first identify potential issues using our extensive factory checklist, then evaluate the priorities and will work on solving each problem. If time allows our team will also do routine maintenance on the vessel and her systems.
The plan includes all the travel expenses of the two technicians to your boat and 7 nights accommodation at the location. Our technicians will visit with as many tools and parts as possible to travel with. Before each trip, we would consult with the owner of the boat of any existing issues that might need some parts or specialized tools.
We will help them offload and re-commission their new ‘baby’ in Tortola, and accompany them on their maiden voyage to Florida. 1000 nautical miles onboard training! A unique approach of after sales service!
